os & oakes creates comfortable, unisex, clothing made of high-quality fabrics that both kids and their parents will adore. Established in London Ontario, our contemporary designs provide detailed, fun, fashionable and durable apparel for your busy little birds.
Launched in July of 2016, Os & Oakes is the creation of duo Erika Oakes and her brother Michael Lipari. As a mom of two toddler boys, Erika felt inspired to produce a line of clothing that her kids could play in comfortably, while looking fashionable and on-trend. Michael also felt compelled to design a sleek contemporary brand, that would portray an adult look for toddlers. Partnering up, they decided to put their visions into action and started their company.
All of our clothing products are made of an incredibly soft, bamboo-blend, sustainable fabric that is durable and ethically made. Our clothing is manufactured in Toronto, Ontario and our accessories are handmade in London, Ontario. When you purchase your items from Os & Oakes. you can trust that it was made right here in Canada from fabrics that are eco-friendly and sustainably sourced.
Where did the name "OS & OAKES." come from? "Oakes" is the family name of one of our creators and co-founders and "OS" stands for Ostrich, our symbol and logo. Why an Ostrich you ask? We love the strength of this odd looking bird, we think they are unique, quirky, and much stronger then they appear - kind of like toddlers.
All items are shipped to Canada and the USA using Canada Post. Your Os & Oakes purchase will be shipped as an expedited parcel and you will be sent confirmation of shipment by Canada Post directly, including a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your parcel. Please note, for shipments to the USA, duty is to be taken care of by the purchaser.
If you selected LOCAL LONDON PICKUP, your item will be available for pickup at our retail location Os & Oakes which is located at 526 Adelaide St. N in London Ontario (directly beside Boombox Bakeshop). Please allow for at least 24 hours for order fulfillment.

However, if you are not happy with the product, or if you need to return for a different size, we will gladly authorize a return or exchange within 2 weeks of you receiving the order.

Please include the invoice number, your name and the reason for the return /exchange.
All items returned must be unworn/unwashed, with tags attached and have the original order information included. Please note we do not offer free postage on refunds and the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping cost to return their items. We recommend you use a trackable postage option, so that we can track your items on their way back to us.
