All exchange/returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We accept only items that have not been worn, soiled, washed, altered with labels and tags attached. If the items have been returned after the 30 days, an exchange or a store credit will be issued. For returns we will refund the value of your returned items using the same physical payment method initially used for the purchase.

Please include the invoice number, your name and the reason for the exchange/returns. Please note we do not offer free postage on exchanges/returns and the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping cost to exchange/return their items. We recommend you use a trackable postage option, so that we can track your items on their way back to us. Purchases shipped to the USA will be final sale.
As our inventory is limited we are unable to hold items for an exchange, unless the exchange is taking place in store. If mailing an item back for an exchange, we suggest placing a new order online to secure your desired item. If the new item you are looking to exchange is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a refund for the item.
